Well, that's kinda what Gaifens look like in the dark. Seems like those roaming Gaifen bands have reappeared in the MV.

No, the gaifens I got to shoot at back in the good old days were brownish... like k'luth coloured. These glowed with blue-ness, which is why I found it so strange.

They are still kluth colored and have always had the blue. You just cant see the blue when there is light on them. So in the dark they glow with the blue.
