Address: BFED1C2B base at BFEC8000, Datestamp 3a68bea9 - NDIS.sys
Help, I wanna play!

Let me guess, you have a Netgear FA311 or FA312 network card. Or do you have a Linksys LNE100TX (v4) network card?

Wow, good guess!
It's a LinkSys v4.1 actually.
So it's a driver problem is it? Time to start looking into an RMA.

No, it's a network card problem. I got this problem with both a netgear FA311 and a Linksys LNE100TX v4 ... I tried all kinds of stuff such as reinstalling the drivers, reinstalling windows, disablign ACPI and forcing the card on its own IRQ, etc., and none of that worked.
It seems that some internal working of both of these cards are incompatible with win2k in some way, and in rare cases (such as in DS or some other programs) they get these problems. That's what I've figured out from doing soem searching on the net. I doubt Linksys or Netgear would admit to these flaws.
The only thing I could do was go buy a new network card. I bought a D-Link DFE 530TX+, an so far have not had a problem. However, I haven't played in game for much for than 20 mins at once since getting the card. Earlier in closed beta when I had the other cards, I'd only get an ndis.sys problem after 30-90 mins of playing, then about a month ago it came within 10 mins of playing, and then after that I couldn't even update.
See the Hardware and Drivers forum for more info.

i have the same prob - it's the creationdate of 3 of the palestar-dlls; a late w2k bug (and of cause 1 is a ms visualC++).
the creationdates are now earlier then 1970 (between 1908 and 1967) which means osroutines crashes with a blue screen and datestamperror cause msdos creationdate = 1970.
