Please post the contents of the Trace.log found in the program folder (C:\GameCQ\.Cache\DarkSpace\ by default).. this might give some clues as to why it's failing to start up.

open C:/GCQL (or wherever you installed darkspace to) /.cache/darkspace/config.ini
you should have a
lastAddress=
transferAddress=
in there, what are the values for those two lines?

We're still having an issue with our servers hitting a thread limit under Linux, which means some servers can hang instead of crash out-right (which would be preferred, as they auto-restart in that circumstance).
If you are having issues connecting, note down the last system you were connected to (lastAddress in the config.ini file), and /report it so we can terminate the server process manually.

my laptop ( vista ) hide this .ini file so i cant tell but i know dorian send a patch to '' fix '' the probleme
it seem this '' bug '' happen after u play in the metaserv then go to the senario server ... then if u try to reconnect to the meta u stock in the loading screen

The thread issue should be resolved now... we did have issues with certain MV servers getting in a bad state where they wouldn't be able to start new threads for new clients... which would lead to getting stuck on the loading screen.
