Display options gone in Darkspace Setup |

I was playing DS earlier this week and then at one point it crashed in the splash screen and now It always tells me to run DS setup when I start the client. The problem with that is the display settings box is emply and has nothing in it to select. I am using Windows 7 and I have a 9800GX2 graphics card with the latest drivers so I do not know what happened.
I already tried reinstalling the game and gamecq.

Odd, since you have prestige I assume you could play before, had you updated your graphics drivers before having this problem?
A possible workaround could be to manually add it to config.ini in the darkspace root folder, add these lines to the config or change the values if they exist:
windowed=1
displayMode=0:1024x768x32

Adding those lines didnt work, there is nothing actually in that file before I pasted in those lines except for Setup = 3. Is it supposed to that empty?

I changed the display mode to 1024x768x32 and turned on windowed mode in the settings, this way seems to be more widely compatible with some video cards.
try to copy it into yours and see if it works for ya.

Turns out it wasnt just limited to darkspace, my graphics card blew out and I had to replace it.
