Client MFC Application has stopped working |

Got a new computer, came with Vista. I followed the instructions from the previous thread- specifically, in Properties I've got all .exe's in Darkspace folder set to "Run as Administrator".
Everything seems to work fine, except!
When I log out from the game, before GCQL comes up, I get "Client MFC Application has stopped working". If I hit Tell Microsoft or Cancel or whatever, GCQL comes up fine. But it is rather annoying. Any ideas what's causing the problem?
I've turned Windows XP SP2 compatibility on and off for all programs and it doesn't seem to make a difference, I get the problem either way.
I think that Client MFC Application means the problem is occuring with client.exe... but it's set up the same as all the other exe's. So i dunno....
