Are you running any firewalls, anti-virus, or anything like that?
Also to boot from your windows cd you simply put the CD in the cd-rom drive and press any key at boot when it say "Press any key to boot from cd..."

Try F8 and see if you boot in safe mode... during your boot, hit F8... boot in safe mode...

jam one of the following keys during bootup:
f8
delete
f2
you need to go into bios. you need to find something called "boot priority" and set your dvd/cd-rom drive to the 1st priority.
Then you can boot from cd.
on a related note, my educated guess is that somehow you corrupted your documents and settings folder. Reinstall windows (don't format your hard drive).

ok fattie i did what you said and i had no problem getting on my booting system, to get into my cd for window i had to hit esc. My BIOS is different to what you are saying, setting are completely different. My Cd is called LITE something like that. Anyways I did what you said it came out the same way. I had not choise but to delete all files in my system. In the process of getting my computer up and running again.
I would like to thank you all for your help, if you google the problem that I had it had to do with some kind of HOT KEY....but I still could not get my Profile setting going.....even in safe mode......in the future I hope this does not happen to anyone this is not a nice thing......I thought my children destroy my computer by downloading to many games lol.....but hey I should be back by tomorrow evening after getting all those programs reinstall lol......
You all have a good day.
