i log on when i press to play n metaverse it crashes and says Failed to initialize

go to setup and make sure your vid card is recognized

A) Download direct x 9.0c from www.microsoft.com/directx
B) Make sure you've updated to your latest display and motherboard drivers
C) Make sure your graphics card supports directx 8.0

and make sure you have the correct drivers chosen in the Setup window, and so on...

im getting this problem now, ive changed setup option via client, ive downloaded new drivers, new Direct X everything. bloody thing aint workin still. (i also clicked update hoora)
