okwhen i try to install my video card software it wont let me install it ?? and when i try to install thew upgrade i cant install that either ??????

What OS are you using ?
Do you have administrator rights?
What Video card is this ?
Have you downloaded and tried new drivers ?
Do you need to turn antivirus off to install drivers ?
The more info you can give will help, as its a bit hard trying to help with the info you have already given. 
BTW ask admin to lock or delete the other post as you have started this one under the same heading.
