Are you overclocking your CPU or graphics card?

Try turning off the automatic reboot on system failure.

Control Panel > System > Advanced tab > Startup and Recovery settings > Uncheck the "Automatically restart" box.

Your system will still hang, but it'll show you some information about what may have caused it. It's how I discovered that my system crashes were from my video card. It said the problem was in some ati2dvag.dll file and when I looked it up, it was in the driver folder for my video card.

well, my screen only allowed me to see "RQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal" party... from reading above... it might be "DRIVE_IRQL_LESS_OR_EQUAL"

P4 2.8ghz
WinXP
510mb Ram
128 DDR ATI Radeon 9700 TX w/TV-Out

do u have a good enough power supply for ur graphics card? cause the FX series sucks up the wattage. if the card doesnt get enough power then it will automatically reboot ur system.
