I try to log in but it goes to loading mirror server to loading local catologs, then it keeps going back and forth between the 2. I have to click exit program many times before it finaly says that im having a runtime error.

hmm I´m not sure but look if these files are write protected
and look what is written in this files
and if it doesn´t work post the writings from the files

What, you don´t even have an additional 1 GigaByte of ram available ?
Run a virusscan, get a spyware killer, download & install the beta installer, disable your firewall or whatever others things you might have running and test if the same problem occurs with the beta too.
