I have latest driver,
reinstaled DX8,
lowered gfx parameters,
restarted everything,
...didnt help.
any advice will be appreciated.

What exactly is your problem?
Messed up grafics or can't you even connect to the game?

Before client is being connected
I have failed to initialize grafix
card. Even with lower parameters.
It is laptop with NeoMagic 2360.
The message is "Failed to initialize
graphic" with my card parameters in caption.
Second message is "Failure to initiolize
platform" or sth like that.

Hi Pawel
Well you can try to play with the settings in the client setup if you want to, some settings work, some don't, it's really machine dependant.
What you also should be aware of is that you do NOT take the focus from the client when trying to connect to a server.
I try to search the other threads for some usefull information, i can remember someone fixed this problem for him.

Edit: Ok i think for MrSparkle it worked well after reinstalling his grafics driver and if it still doesn't work try to reduce the ingame grafix to 800x600 at 16bit this may work either.
