I was intruiged by the ICC Recon shuttle, as it followed an I dea I'd posted last year.
And it occured to me... that the recon shuttle, should launch becons when fired at a target 
Oh, and another thing... the Command carrier should have iit's three bomb launchers replaced with 3 PCM launchers.
And it also needs an extra fighter bay, so it can still launch 6 fighters AND a Recon shuttle.
Actually a fifth fighter bay in the Carrier cruiser would be good, to make it a viable ship in combat.
And it all balances out well. The carrier cruiser has nearly no waponry, and has crap for shields and armor. But in exchange it gets as many fighter bays as a UGTO carrier dread.
The Command carrier is still a smaller carrier, than an Againcourt, but would have 5 PCM launchers, giving it ample ranged firepower, while not being interchangeable for the other ICC dreads. Since it really has no other weapons.
It wouldn't be as good as the Missile dread for ranged fire support. It wouldn't be as good at bombing as the bomber dread. But it would certainly be a damn useful long range carrier.
