Am I the only one who can't get better than basic ships in Beta because of "Insufficient rank/badges" even though I have all badges and FA-level prestige?
This is really irritating me. Apologies if this problem has already been addressed on another thread.

you ah... kinda need to be subscribed. unless someone decides to A: bump all the ships down to middy, or B: put up some sort of global [Release] flag beta-side
