You'll notice something new in the BETA metaverse, wormholes that appear for a short period of time, then disappear from the map..

Basically, I implemented this code a couple of days ago (it was needed for the Wormhole device for ships)... I added Duration and Interval parameters for the wormholes. I just added the code to the Editor this morning, to allow the editing of these values.

Duration is the amount of time the gate/worm is active. If Duration is disabled, then the gate is always active. However, if you specify a duration, but no interval basically your gate will be detached once the duration is up (how it works for the wormhole device).

Interval is the total loop time, basically if you specify 10 min for the interval, and 5 min for the duration, your gate will be on a cycle of being active for 5 min, disappearing, then being active again in 5 more minutes.

If the interval time is less than the duration time, your gate will always be active.

Also, you can now set the "Safe Zone Distance" for a gate.... pretty self-explainitory.
