i joined UGTO before and the carrier dread and torp criser was locked sayign that I don thave enough rank when I do

Servers can be locked at a certain rank. Only problem is it doesn't tell the users that. Your beta rank is correct though.
Edit: Well it does, but only when you hover over the server in the server list in GCQL

We've locked the rank to stop people getting dreads.
As for the rest of you, please put your bug reports into the bugs and feedback thread and PLEASE check to see if it's already been reported.
