Okay. I did a test in my Battle Cruiser against Bito's Command Dread

1 flux wave reduced most of his sytems to zero, some to 50%.

1 emp cannon did the same.

So, rightly so, EMP damage right now is WAY too strong now. Their is no reason a flux wave should completely disable a ship.

suggestions:

1 emp cannot shot (one blue ball) should do .5% * level()% to a system, in about a 2gu radius around the damage (so nearby systems are effected)

1 flux wave should do about 15-20%, and only hit 5 or 6 systems. It shouldn't nuke everything, especially things on the other side of the ship

Read more in the Overpowered Ions thread, I stated it out.

It seems that anything that does system damage is broken.

Well, now that ions don't do emp damage, I don't want this to get overlooked =P

A volley of EMP cannons was hitting every system. Is that supposed to happen? Wouldnt it make sense to only hit the systems on that side of the ship? Example, an engine is in the rear, and I get shot in the rear, ergo engies go offline.

Does it do this already, and most of my systems were full mounts? I couldnt actually tell about that part, since there was the right-click bug...

They should be affecting ships only a small amount...

I have a feeling this is because weapon damage was ramped up - however, flux wave hasn't been touched at all...

Thanks for ze bug report!
