Just realized the "planet under blockade" has been implemented.. but there's a bug? i can't even seem to be able to spawn at the homeplanets.

That's the point, blobkaded planets can't spawn ships.

Yeah Col it's a bug. If the planet is not blockaded you can't spawn, but if it is blockaded you actually can.
Found that out when thunderthug came over and suddenly we could spawn 
Personally I don't like the blockade thing at all. What stops someone sitting a ship each at all the sy in a system and totally blocking the enemy out? A better approach would be to stop people going IN the sy when a planet's blockaded, not coming out. Assuming the whole idea is to stop sy abuse...

Shouldn't blockades only happen if the enemy is ORBITING the planet? Not just a scout flying past?

i just tried to spawn there at ugto homeplanet 2 but planet under blockade message poped up. went there in a interceptor from the gate and noone is there so ya its a bug.
