Actually the command dreads should be given the WH and Dictor devices.
Along with other neat toys Like build and reload. with a bit of defensive weopons. this ship could be accessed for only FA and GA Ranks. Maybe just GA this would give purpose to the Rank it self . If this is done we would no longer need the shroons.
