Now that we have the MV accesible by new players, we need an area they can go to learn to build etc.

I had the idea of a zone in the mv that is only accessible by one way wormhole from each factions homesystem. This zone would have 3 main clusters (1 near each factions wormhole) each with most normal resources and a few rare ones, and also a central area of planets/asteroids that contains the much more rare resources.

This system would be inherantly unstable due to some weird collapsed star that emits a burst of radiation every 3-4 hours and wipes the entire system back to neutral and unbuilt (including destroying anyone still there).

Other interesting uses of the central area could be Gaifen and entity spawns to make life a little more difficult for anyone there and making sure it has HEAVY asteroid fields and random free floating interdictor fields.

I don't see how being deaf has anything to do with this, if I were blind i might understand what your talking about. But to reply, what exactly are you saying yes to.

As far as PK is concerned, let me quote a famous english punk band:

"Never mind the Bollocks".

I agree as i have an ideal of the amount of coding to get it working right. And the nightmear of coding that will have to be put into this to make it happen and bugs that will arise from there watery graves. It is a very nice ideal. BUT it is not worth doing, not untill we have all the bugs worked out the current programs.
