I want to ask or complain to a real person, not vaguely message to cyberspace.
Search as I might I dont see a contact adress anywhere.
Ive had crash after crash, EVEN the BUG REPORT CRASHES.
several times now Ive wasted heaps of my time trying to access a newbie game and failing.
Hmm no support, no email addresses, ( even though you have ours..) no game, .............tell me again why Id line up to pay you for that.
I see these newbie games sitting there empty, I know why now...its because they CANT be accessed.
Advice for Darkspace:
1.
LOOK AFTER YOUR NEWBIES SERVER, AND THE NEWBIES, OR THEY WONT BE JOINING UP AS CUSTOMERS.
2.
HAVE AN EMAIL FOR SUPPORT OR SERVICE OR DONT EXPECT TO BE IN BUSINESS LONG.
3.
EMAIL ME BACK OR I WONT BE A CUSTOMER EITHER.

Bug report didnt crash, the bug report server is down because some of the servers are moving to a diffrent location. This was posted in the announcements forum. 
Also if you need help; feel free to come to the lobby. Theres almoast always a moderator or a player around that can help you.
The Admins also do not have an email adress people can ask help at because that simply wouldnt work.
They would just get flooded with pointless issues normal staff members could have fixed.
If a player has a real problem a staff member cant fix then they will sumon an Admin for you.
