i am on kluth side and i wanna say something about the proton rockets.
On human side they can destroy a full planet with a rocket that comes thrue the field on kluth side we dont have that luxery only thing we can do is bringing down the population. i never saw destroying structures on kluth side when a planet is fully intact.
My suggestion give us a ship with pcm.

I am Playing ugto and i hate to wait for a supp ship for repair.
So my suggest is give us the ability to install the kluth automated repair.
So we dont have to wait for a supp ship!!!!!

See iv been using mirv lately, and tbh they do suck, yes they are brill for those 1 or 2 structures that need taking down, or when you need that enemy SY planet taken down ASAP. But asoon as your planet is bombed, theres nothing left :S, meaning you need to rebuild it from stratch, Kluth on the other hand can bomb away and do minimal damage to strucutres, they can drop 1 inf and cap the planet pretty much, and then use it again in about 2-5 minutes....Far more effective than destroying a planet and waiting 15-30 minutes for the pop+tech to go up and then build imho.
If K'Luth had pcm's and bio's it would just be a bit to much...the bombing side of things is pretty much balanced and I cant see how K'Luth can complain, iv started using bio's over mirvs now, and I hardly ever use my PCM appart from when my Bomber dessy/dread is being attacked, they make great ship>ship missiles.

i think the the argument of k`luth haveing pcm and bios beeing to much is a bit unfair, knowing that humans have pcm and bios...Rather than gieveing PCM to k`luth its better to ban BIOS for human...

the ability to kill all inf on a planet without scratching structures is a great advantage...

It takes at least 2 PCM strikes to destroy even the smallest planet, and it is not easy to get those 2 strikes, you need to either stack more PCM than there are defense bases, over load the defense with MIRVS to mask the PCM, or use a lot of ECM to over-come the sensor bases. Or in practice a combination of all three, effective PCM bombing is far from easy, and takes skill.
Bio-bombs are the weapon of choice for most UGTO bombers, against both Kluth and ICC, because they kill the troops, making capping much easier, without the need to rebuild the planet, respawning troops and population is a lot easier and quicker than rebuilding from scratch.

Only better than a normal pücm, not better than an -IMO- PCM
