With the new mv and all and ppl saying it would be harder to get around the MV. An Idea came to me!

What about a new type of ship for every faction.
the ship could be called A Transporter.

Configuartion:
3 Engines
1 Wormhole 1 device
2 Beam Weapons
2 Light or Heavy Weapons
Decent Armour/Shielding

the ship could become as useful as a dictor.
obviously it would be a cruiser and require at least Captain rank.
It might solve a problem and it would be a neat fleet unit.

please reply with opionions!

i still think they need to balance the fractions first before adding any new ships. Nice idea though. Although the station seems like it plays the same role.

simple solution to our current problem with the JC/wormhole device, you are trying to solve with your post

Make wormhole 1 dev and dictor the same slot
Then give the JC its normal jumpdrive back

Everything is fine again
