Scout only ability; scout mounts a targetting laser in a special (electronic warfare after patch i think) slot. when activated, for 30 seconds it will light up an enemy ship that the scout has targetted. any friendly ship will have an increased weapons range when targetting the lit enemy ship/planet/structure. POSSIBLY ICC only, not sure tho

ICC is the only faction that can use Specialized Lasers.
ex) Pulse Laser
Flux Beam is just that: A beam, not a laser.

A) were suppose to be good with the whole laser thing
B) were supposedly the ranged faction, so something like this would be helpful in that respect

Hmmm. That is weird, I could have sworn I have heard them called "LASER BEAMS" before.
Must have been some sort of hybrid weapon....

What if you light up a target, and missles veer off target and to the laser's target? Although, I can see people like Juxtapose running around playing laser tag with the sharks the entire game.....nevermind this post.
*edit* I like editing, with the juxtapositioning and the whatnot and the hoo-hoo. Oh and all the......::trails off::
