I suggest palestar to do a referral program. For instance, you get a buddy that is going to sub, he subs, refers a already subbed player, and that player gets... 6 month DS? (J/k) but could be 1/2 month or ... or something, you decide that 
That would encourage already playing players to ask all theyr buddies (even more in some cases) to sub DS!

I think Press or Credits is better idea then giving away free time.
Since the more money PS gets the better.
Of course youll prolly see people asking newbies to refer them when subscribing just for the reward. :/
