I think this was mentioned before, but:

I believe that human ships should, instead of repairing one system at a time, should be able to repair at least 2 at one time via various engineering teams.

Say, at the very minimum, one for engines (Jump Drives, normal Drives) and one for weapons (weapons and special slots). Maybe seperate special slots and weapons. I think the current human repair rate would work quite well with this and allow human ships to repair their systems in less then 10 minutes.

Human system repair is soooooo sloooooow, it always takes what seems an impossibly long time even with a supply. I've lost count of the number of times i've jumped to a supply and whilst waiting for my ship to be repaired, I get ambushed by the same Kluth with a 100% Hull from his auto repair.

It isn't human repair that's slow, it's K'luth repair that is ridiculously fast.
