Since it seams many players have forgotten or are hoping to get over, we are pointing out that RoC Section 3.3(f) states that possession and use of any gadget or ship layout that is no longer allowable with new updates/patches is an exploit and subject to disciplinary action without compensation...
3.3(f) Illegally Customised Ships
Description: Illegal ships are any ship that cannot be made with the current customization rules. As ship customization rules evolve and change, any ships that become illegal must be modified back to a legal state or removed from storage.
Why Its An Exploit: Changes to equipment, slot, and ship types are done in an effort to establish a better balance of the game. Ships left over from before the patch and update are then grossly out of balance to those left customised after the rules.
SPECIAL NOTE: Players found with illegal ships and that refuse to comply with staff requests to remove said ships will result in a full reset of the players ship storage without refund of credits for equipment contained therein.
