Greetings all,
OK. I must apologize again for the delays. In order to incorporate everything I wanted and provide the format necessary to manage the document, I have converted it to HTML. You can view it here.
I still have to finish sorting out the Moderator section, as well as add the IG/OOG items (I have them in another document I need to dig up). In the meantime, please comment on the content and structure.
PLEASE DON'T PULL ANY PUNCHES! There is no ego involved in this. If you think something doesn't sound right or something should/should not be included, SPEAK UP! Don't worry about the license babble at the top; it's just there so that everyone involved is protected from exclusivity and having stuff misappropriated.
I will update it again by Friday and will take any/all suggestions for mods and try to shoehorn them in by then.

I see no real problems with the TOS. One thing that might be good to add is a brief statement on selection of moderators. Also, since you refer to them as staff, it would be nice to know our official connection to PaleStar.

I'm starting to see alot of drug related account names appearing as well as players referring to drug use and parafenalia in chat. Is something that needs to be addressed in the TOS/ROC and something we should curb before DS goes retail?
It's mentioned that a player's offense history will be viewable to the moderator... will this be a function of the profile that will be available to the moderator in game or simply the private mod forum?
