This post is simply to ask Faustus;
Can we have a text filter for offensive words? I'm tired of getting on to people for language violations (but I will continue to do so as I should). It'd be nice if it simply wasn't an issue, I've seen filters in other games/chat areas on the web. How hard would it be to create one?

there's a first version of a badword list.
words like s**t and f**k are displayed like s*** and f*** for the other ppl,only you see the orifinal version.
this badword list needs to be increased ..

I'm not sure I understand sunshine, are you telling me that there is already a filter in place, but I still see the unfiltered language because of my mod status???

there are only a few words on this list.
if you've anny additions for this list feel free to send it to me sunshine@palestar.com and i'll give the list to faustus ...
we also need badwords from other languages... i'll write down some germans, but feel also free to write me some german one's .. i'm not so skilled with violating

Sunshine, are you sure there is actually a filter in place? I always thought that people were filtering themselves when I saw words like s*** etc. in chat...

ps oh and i sent you an e-mail from my yahoo acct (notzenn@yahoo.com) with words that should probably be included in any filter that may be created.
