At the sight of the repeating acts of terrorism, the loss of thousands of humans, ships and ressources there must be a sign for the unity of entire human nations.
This time the eXS Clan declares one-sided weapon truce against all units of UGTO.
The UGTO Homesystems will no longer be attacked by eXS-Forces. Planets in own of UGTO at the neutral and K´Luth systems will only be attacked for tactical reasons.
Beware: attacking our homesystem or our units will be responded hard and immediately, makes this declaration meanless for the attacking clan.
In our oppinion, this is the first step for building the human alliance against the alien menace.
All humans, stay together and fight them back to the stoneage!

i have to inform you, beginning now, the ICC-eXS will be fully supported from us - the UGTO-MoA - and vice versa
any K'Luth-action against them will also seen as a action against us
no UGTO-MoA will start any further attacks
- against the ICC-home-system
- against any member of the gentile ICC-eXS
unprovocated
may this fragile first step lead us to a deeper, longlasting peace

Beware, falling nation of K´Luth
the eXS will no longer tolerate any violance against our brothers and sisters of the MoA.
We stay on the side of all human nations.
We invite all the ICC-clans and free fighters and the hole UGTO nation to join our new alliance against the menace from deep space.
It will be short time for the great strike. K´Luth, this is your last chance, go home from where you are.
If not, you will die, thats all.

The GER clan decided to help the UGTO forces against the K'Luth invaders to bring them back to their home: a black-hole with no escape 
We will help the UGTO forces if we wont be attacked by them (planets or ships) and we will not attack their systems and ships. If one of us breaks this rule we will be enemies again.

that is a message i was waiting for
now again - K'Luth, better go back from where you came in, b4 we send the few remain's of you back to where ever you belong
and again, NO GER-planet will be attacked by MoA-Forces unprovoked
exept for deeper strategic thinking like:
a planet can no longer be holded by GER-Forces and is in danger to become K'Luth, or is in the hand's of K'Luth
in that case, we will attack with our full equipment to take the planet back
but
after the retake, if GER has regained strenght and if they can prove, they were the legal "owner", we will give the planet back to the GER
MAY THE NEW JUSTICE WE CREATE WIN OVER THE NONHUMANS, WE ARE GROWING AND YOU ARE DOOMED

As acting commander of the Dirty Deeds forces, I concur with the request of peace to unite against the kluth threat. Communication and negotiation will begin in a seperate thread concerning all clans that wish to ally themselves with the Dirty Deeds in concordance to this plan.
However, the validity of this document is pending on the discussion and thoughts of other members of the Dirty Deeds ranking officers. A formal acceptance and conclusion of treaty with other UGTO clans against the kluth will be discussed in aforementioned thread.
The kluth menace must be crushed, and we shall not rest until the entire universe has rid themselves of the kluth menace. Further information concerning this issue will be presented in a timely manner. Any discussion of individual clans in regards to treaty should be directed to myself, until a diplomatic advisor is appointed.
