As there has been no change in UGTO policy concerning the ICC this topic is a waste of time and another failed attempt for ICC to display any intelligence at all

Technically UGTO did sign a treaty that gave Luyten to ICC (in the history). But as I recall that treaty was thrown out when... ah, who the hell knows when, it just inint around anymore.
and since when were we ever at peace? i've just been fighting Kluth mainly for the past lil while because... well, they attacked. if u rebels wanted a fight, u should just ASKED. i mean, it's no secret i hold absolutely no respect for ICC (roleplaying here people, get a clue). I'd rather fight u guys thatn K'luth anyday! i mean:
1) i can see u
2) my flux tech hurts u a lot more than K'luth,
3) your ships dont have 5+ CL2ks on them
4) you can only repair 1 system at a time (kinda goes with 2 i know)
5) ... uh... i like fighting u
6) er... *tries hard*... um... i can hunt down your wounded ships a whole lot better
7) u actually use sup ships so i can kill those poor guys
 i need my revenge on you for allowing IGN/VI come to UGTO
9) i need my revenge on you for allowing Goth to come to UGTO
10) ... i dunno
