So, is the ICC/K'luth Truce over? |

Thought I'd use the Diplomacy forum for this, not really sure it matters, since a similar post was kinda spammed in the General Forum (again I apologize about that...mechanical error on my part)
My clan went into Indy this evening with the intention of capping Talez, which, at the time, was Nuetral. Upon entering the system I contacted the K'luth present and asked them if it were alright to cap a few non-k'luth planets., specifically Talez.
They agreed and we capped Talez. We next moved to Ma, which was also ownerless at the time. In midst of capping Ma, Talez was invaded by the k'luth. They claimed it was an accident and were "sorry". I scrapped the Hub and continued with Ma, which we captured.
About 5 minutes later a K'luth Station and 2 Dreads jumped to near Moiki, which is less than 500gu from MA. We proceeded to build sensor bases on Ma, in case the K'luth's intentions were less than peaceful.
They approached Ma and told us to leave before we were got ourselves hurt. I warned them one last time and reminded them of the truce. The Station and the Dreads continued to approach Ma, so we attacked and they were destroyed. Before being destroyed, the Station successfully invaded Ma and it was captured by the K'luth.
We had no intentions of staying around trapped in a dictor field for an angry station to jump us so me and my clan withdrew to Ross.
It was fun. If the truce is over, just let me know...if it stands, we can chalk this up to a misunderstanding and move on.

I'm confused.
Um, Coombie, now that we are enemies again, does this mean I can't borrow about 10,000 prestige? You seem to have enough. It was Octurion who killed you, not me, we can still be buddies?

One last thing, and probably a question that will start all kinds of mean things being said:
Why was the truce cancelled and who cancelled?

I guess, like all military agreements, they run their time. Perhaps kluth feel confident now with the extra systems they own and feel they don't need the backing of ICC anymore. It could be something as simple as that I imagine.

Ok, people (and us K'luth) let's keep this together for another 3 hours. I will get all of this straightend out in the Kluth/ICC gathering tonite.

There's no remourse for the old teddy bear, it's just no longer needed.

Oh I got the joke It's pretty funny.
ICC attack UGTO, captures planets. UGTO counter attacks.
Kluth cap half of what UGTO retakes, then caps for ICC systems.
ICC attacks UGTO again.

No, you got it completely wrong:
IMO attacks UGTO takes many of their planets
UGTO counter attacks
IMO planets get defended by Kluth
Kluth attacks ICC
ICC stand around in missile dreads waiting for the KLuth to go home
