Missing around 31 enhancements |

Not sure where to post this but i logged on today and had only 11 of my 42 enhancements in my garage. As they they were all there the previous day i assume its only a glitch that erased them. All stuff equipped on my ships are still there but many many of my good items are completley gone. I relogged few times just to see if would return but had no luck. Anyone else have this happen as well, now or in the past?

thats weird. seems like whatever it was happened on the 16th...but looks more like a gradual decrease (like a couple hours) rather than everything vanishing at once

Can you trace where the enhancements went? Deleted/Ejected/Changed hands, etc

Any way to tell what exactly happened? to me it was there one day gone the next  , i didnt lose my best stuff cause was on my ships but ALL my alt equipment and backups are gone

I was logged in at the time. Normally I'm missing one ship, and everything comes back after a five min log from the game. Jhomes tried logging, but they're still missing.

I keep backups of all data for about 30 days, I can restore your data to an older date when you had everything... so when was the last time you saw all your enhancements intact?

After we couldn't fix the problem I asked Jhomes to make a form post about it, so we could get a timestamp of when the problem was first spotted.

So not really sure what happened, but it all seemed to occur on the 16th at around 3AM in the morning. I'm restoring your user data back to the state it was on 15th at 8:30AM in the morning.
Additionally, I've added a bunch more logging to the server to track down what everyone is doing with their enhancements since our logging was not covering everything that it should.

not quite sure as I have drank many beer since I scrapped 4 ships, but my enhancements seem a wee bit off (as in fewer).

My 3 rare pirate enhancements are gone. Last seen approx. 14 months ago, but were there when i left.

I assumed putting in a ticket was proper course of action, but i dont think anyone handles them anymore, as I have had no response for several days.
