Okay, so I must complete a project, and I was wondering if you could help me by filling out this survey thank you.
I would be best if you are a student currently, but it is open to everyone answer.
PLEASE ANSWER SERIOUSLY IT IS BEING USED AS RESEARCH, and I do like good grades, I mean it only counts as like 80% of my overall grade.... so...
Thank you all who answer this is now closed.

Taelon, I'll happily fill out your survey. As a student myself, of this very sort of science, I'm curious as to why you didn't use scales, of 5 or 7 points for instance, for some of your items.
Care to elaborate?
PM me if you'd care to indulge me. Or just respond here.

Because a college Professor would have probably told you to use scales before you set up the items.
Basically, it gives the answers uniformity and takes away the variables of question vagueness (or answer vagueness), writing style, and the entire dilemma of how you convert the survey responses into useable data from which you can produce a meaningful average response to each question, et cetera.
A high school teacher doesn't need to worry about that kind of detail, as they're more concerned that you get the general gist of a subject to help you figure out what you're interested in at the next level.
Just some thoughts.
