Im going to do a little information gathering. I want to know what other players think about me. Deatils would be nice, but if people start trolling or being out right mean or rude Id to have a admin lock the post or some thing

As we were discussing in the lobby:
You should be careful when shouting out orders all the time over faction chat. Many people find this annoying and you will find that it is a quick way to lose people's respect. Trying to get faction members to work together is fine but you should in no way order them to do things.
Now ordering around your fleetmates is completely different. I believe in fleet leaders actaully leading. Just do it over fleet chat or use voice-comms.
Another thing is that in your recruiting thread you were given some good advice by another on how to go about recruiting. I suggest that you follow it because it works.
Also just try flying around with your fleetmates doing what needs done and you may notice others on your faction coming to help out without you even needing to say a word to them.
That's my advice and yes I have some experience leading...

Its a funny habbit that you always ask:
"Who is in charge and where do you want me ?"
Well usaly there is no leader and often no leader is needed, which is good. But you are willing to do teamwork and follow someone anytime you log on Chance, this is what i appreciate much.
As long as you still take a look at the situation by yourself and make decisions, i am realy happy to have friendly and little RPG style people like you around.

You are ok alittle irratating at times do to your role playing but over all an enjoyable player to fight along side and in my case let you get shot up while i retreat
