God ye good e'en, gentlemen.

I have been sparse, I admit, but then I venture over to ye olde Darkspace. I look upon the forums, and behold. Latest Topics has nothing but questions of disputable obviousness, queries regarding old, tired matters, and popularity polls.

I'm looking to change that. I can't stand popularity polls.

I propose a thread where we don our gentlemanly hat, re-acquaint ourselves with our monocles and sip a good cup of tea, conversing in style, in proper manner and, more importantly, with proper sentences. (Protip: if there are no periods and/or capitals in your sentence, it is not a proper sentence.)

And so I want to highlight this fine and exquisite brand of tea. I speak of none else than Earl Grey. The taste is simply splendid. I quite enjoy my Earl Grey when it has been left to, ah, enrichen the water for a mere three minutes, whereupon I feed it two teaspoons of sugar, stir, and then add a teaspoon of, dare I say it, lemon.

So, fine chaps, splendid gentlemen, how do you like your tea?

Tea is a vile corruptor of sacred water. You would never witness me partaking of such heresy towards all things aquatic. However, as we are speaking of gentlemanliness, I must recommend a book recently published by the esteemed presses of Vintage Books, and penned by David Grann, well known to those who read high-society periodicals.

I'm an American; tea is mostly the same with me unless its unsweet, I can't stand unsweet tea. Perferably regular; although, I can drink Green Tea on occasion with lemon.

My tea of choice is dark Wu-Long (Oolong). It has such a good flavor plus nice lingering aftertaste. I truely enjoy a cup.

Day to day however I am a coffee drinker because of availability and cost (free at the office). I do not usually partake in the fancier coffeehouse coffees because they cost too much and I do not enjoy their flavor.

Ah yes the mid afternoon cup of tea, be it if you’re a fan of the green, black or as someone said the "sweet factory made rubbish." I myself enjoy a cup of Jasmine tea with a spot of honey for added flavor although I oh so do prefer a nice tall mug of Lager beer, (Molson Canadian) to be exact.

But let us not stop here! oh no, for there is also another warming drink that most do enjoy...and I myself am enjoying as I type, I speak of Coffee.
Some drink it black, others load it with sugar to mask its true flavor, and others yet drown this wonderful substance in cream to further destroy its flavor this is a mistake!

And yet further from the point we come to my personal favorite, Sour Mash Whiskey. This substance seems to have risen from the eternal fountain of youth! I never tire from its warm amber like colour and soothing taste as it warms my throat on its way to my belly before being absorbed into my blood stream urging me to "drink on further forget your woes until the next morrow".

Well then...who wants a beer?

Challenger, my good man, surely you jest. Surely you still remember the truth, inescapable and everlasting.

Surely you recall, there can be only one.

PS. Doran seems to do a damn good job with the ban cannon, though.
