0:20 and 0:31 , watch it closely, lets see if u see the same thing as I see.

0:20 and 0:31 are exhaust from the second (top) fork truck. They're probably diesel fork trucks; at 0:20 he's turning it on, so there's a blast of exhaust as the engine revs up; at 0:31 he's pushing down on the accelerator harder than he should.. which leads him to blast too far backward.
