1- put MV back on 1 server
2-eliminate all AI
3- keep bomb damage as is
4- increase planet defence to past levels
5- lose the big ego and listen

1) Remove procyon server no real need for that put all the newbie severs on another server reduce chances of ships sneaky loging by using access gates
2) Reduce amount of ai to a set level all factions
3) Keep bomb damage as it is remove fighter bombers from support stations (so people will actualy use bombs) keep them to carrier class ships and command class ships only
4) Make planets have a chance to kill you other than you actualy having to hit them to die
5) lose ego (sorry i cant do that)

yes people like to run and away after getting beat to other servers to farm AI or bomb

no, make them a lot stronger and reduce thier numbers a lot so they are actually good and useful

Never going to happen. Multiple servers = multiple cores = darkspace may be threaded, but not for multiple cores.
