this is to the loyal Lobsters amoung you
have you noticed that the AI ships still manage to hit and hit acurutly at you ship for a bout 5 seconds afte you'v clocked and moved... even change direction so they miss and they still manage to change there aim to you there has to be a clich there i can understand that the AI can pot shot in a random direction to try hit the kluth but it gets stupid when they hit and hit especily becuse we only realy cloke when we are low on armor and hull and the last thing you need is getting hit a few more times..
if i was going to get hit that meny times why the hell use the dam clock it seems to do just as well!!
sorry about my rant but if youv noticed a change in the ai or just fell aginst AI post here

My main gripe with them is that the suppies, if you can get them to you at all, tend to randomly jump away during repairs. We need an interface for giving them orders; its the military darnit!

Please consider that neither of us are whining about the AI in general, or claiming they are unbalanced really. We are noting aspects which are actually interfering with the use of the ai, not just our personal experiance.
If they are tracking a cloaking ship longer than a player can, that should be remiedied. If they are randomly jumping or not performing their purpose, then why are they there and how can we better control them?
If its unfixable then a dev will tell us, but this seems more like behavior adjustments. Not unfair of us to ask, I think.

yah ive got the same problem i cloak and even like 2 mins later ther still shooting me same with plats its like i might as well not cloak

Ha lutes maybe they are shooting at your engine sounds remember, since you convinced the dev team to nerf any other form of tracking a cloaked ship. The AI's are our friends.

Im a luth .. an im i admit ive experience this, but learn to live with it ... include this in your overall strategy.
Just learn when to and when NOT to cloack, and oh .. AI are qood trackers mind you .. so include that also, LEARN, and you will not suffer.
