The header menu across the top as well as the left menu is largely redundant. I would suggest removing the left menu and replacing the entries there with contextual links (IE click Shippers on the top bar, and the left menu will show the Shippers Area | Shipper Setup | Customer Login buttons). Also add a "Home" link to the top menu.
I would also suggest moving the logo to the top left and replacing the text you current have there as this is a standard design and navigation feature of websites, although there are obvious issues with colour contrast with your chosen scheme.

If the window isn't wide enough, the logo will overlap over the got freight thing.
I think it looks nice though

Along with what Draf said about the Logo & context menu, you may want to reconsider the Google ads, they give the site a tacky "Gimme all the money I can get!" look
This is the kind of site you get to FROM google IMO.

Thanks guys, I took most of your advice. Removed Google's Adsense from the site, going to fix the img overlap issue as well as maybe move the logo.
Currently working on both our corp site and http://thegeekbox.com in my spare moments.
