An 80 year old former Canadian MP says that governments need to fess up to their knowledge of alien technologies and spacecraft - the theory being that:
1. We have UFOs. Duh.
2. They have traveled vast distances with advanced technology.
3. Technology that can span the universe can easily get around on our planet without causing things like pollution and global warming.
So we need to use this technology to stop global warming and the like..
