Lets play a game

I have a computer

I just " Ran" and played (meaning I orbited a planet, and "upgraded" etc..)

all at the same time

Newbie

Admiral

Metaverse

and DS Lobby

( I left all servers asap, as I I was afraid it would cause problems for player) although i dont know why



now, guess my system specs

clue, I built system, and installed all software myself

now, what kind of computer did I do this with

CPU?
RAM?
VIDEO?
COOLING(optional)?

rest of specs dont involve...

RAM - 3.5 gig, counting virtual memory...it's in the screenshot , which means, I'm guessing, you have 2 gig physical RAM...that or a very small amount of virtual memory...

I never realized how CPU intensive DS is until I tried this, my comp was able to easily handle newbie and admiral as well as a lobby, but when I tried to load MV it slowed down to the point of almost freezing...

He has 1gb of physical memory, and 2.5gb of virtual, which is exactly what he should have (2.5x the amount of physical memory you have should be virtual).

Processor, I can only take a wild guess, as there's no FPS counters on the games, so for all I know, he's limited them to 30 fps, in which case, any modern pc can handle it admirably without breaking a sweat. Again, same goes for the graphics card - without FPS or poly draw results, I can only take a gander that it's some mid-range card.
