I have decided to calculate how long I have spent posting (not reading) just posting in the Darkspace, forums, in order to do this, I am currently timing this post, then I can multiply the result, against how many posts I have to get a total time wasted

ok results in, 1 min. 34 seconds
now to simplify this for my tiny brain, I will convert to seconds 60+34=94
now knowing that the average post takes 94 seconds, I multiply by the number of my posts
94*208=19552
that is how many seconds I have spent posting, now to get mins again I simply / by 60 the result being 320 mins spent posting
or 5.4 hours.....
I had to do this twice, as even I was shocked at how much time I have wasted
