I glance at the Latest Topics box to see if there's something that looks so interesting that I should read it first. Once I've read that, or if I decide there's nothing super exciting looking, I browse the forums.
But I really only tend to look at Soap Box, English, and the staff forums (PMF, PSD, Staff Feedback). I'll check bugs and such to see the subject, but I don't regularly bother with reading threads. I figure it they're something needing my attention someone will ask me about them.
