If you're not fussed about Crossfire (costs about $1000), go for the A8n ASUS-SLI Deluxe. Second best board I've ever owned.
Best graphics card is the X1900XTX at current (although the X1900XT is cheaper, and only a few mhz slower, and can be overclocked easily to reach the XTX speeds).
You won't be able to fit a TB of ram on any motherborad. I've only managed to get 8 on mine with some serius voltage tweaking and 2GB memory sticks (expensive). I'd advise going for either 1GB in two 512MB sticks, or 2GB in four 512MB sticks. This allows for dual channel (standard on motherboards these days) to really kickin.

Yes, the ATI Radeon X1900XTX in crossfire would probably give you the best in terms of GFX, though anything in the ATI Radeon X1xx series or NVidia Geforce 6800+ cards would more than suffice, while being quite a bit cheaper.
...Why would you have more RAM than hard disk space? That doesn't even make sense. Its like buying a 60GB iPod when you only have a 30GB hard drive. Its a waste.
Though, if I may note, if you seriously thought that you could fit 1TB of RAM in a motherboard, you're probably not fit to build a computer.
