Here's my problem.
I'd like to build a personal site, but I'm quite a noob about it, I just studied some HTML back in school, I don't know much more.
Beside Geocities of Yahoo, do you know any service that would sell you a domain name with a "builder" attached, so that you can build online (through the browser)?
I don't like flash stuff that much, but for instance I'd like to have a photo gallery, with the possibility to open the single photos through a Pop-up and I really don't know where to start from.

www.freewebs.com gives you a photo album you cud add and stuff. you can upload them right on to the album from your computer..

1&1 is great, and has great prices.
Too bad that they do not sell sites outside the US and Canada.
