You havn't heard this one.
What? You have? Well, this is slightly different then.
[In a public restroom]
A naval officer is standing in front of a sink, preparing to wash his hands.
A marine walks in, and begins to use a urinal.
The naval officer begins washing his hands, and to his mild surprise, the marine 'finishes up,' gives himself a look in the mirror, and turns to leave without washing his hands.
Slightly amused, the naval officer remarks, 'in the Navy, they teach you to wash your hands after you pee.'
The marine stops, slightly surprised, and with a short laugh says, 'in the Marines, they teach you not to pee on your hands.'
