well bob, you go from cell life, continuessly evolve into more life forms, total customization almost on your creations of new life with its editors, eventually getting into the space aspect of it. Its not just a 2d cell thing.

The big negative is that it's only 'assymetric' multiplayer. Would be way better if it were real-time.

that isn't codable by humans. it's just impossible. it would need constant streams of data, and multiple input handles and...

omg, just even attempting to think how many lines of code, how many bytes of data represent that little demo they showed......makes me want to cry.

Yes, you'd have to be a God among men to be able to code a game where planets are being built up from scratch to populate an ever-changing galaxy of solar systems, each being conquered back and forth by a player or team of players controlling space ships with destructive planetary weapons, in one synchronous real-time intergalactic struggle to rule the stars like that...

God among men...
