Life changing decision... |

I need some advice on what could be a life changing decision. Thanks in advance guys.
I've suspected for some time now that my girlfriend has been having an affair. The usual signs. Phone rings, I answer, someone hangs up. She started going out 'with the girls' a lot recently although when I ask which girls it is always "Just some friends from work, you don't know them". I always look out for her taxi coming home but she always walks down the drive although I can hear a car setting off. As if she has got out of the car round the corner. Why? Is it not a taxi? I once picked her mobile up just to see what time it was and she went beserk and screamed that I should never touch her phone again and why was I checking up on her.
Anyway, I have never approached the subject with her. I think deep down I just didn't want to know the truth but last night something odd happened. She had come over to play DS and had forgotten to sign off of AIM after she left. It was whilst I was going through her buddy list that I noticed my frigate had been destroyed by a scout.
Should I stick with frigs or should I go directly to cruisers?

Drafell, The DS Psycho says:-
This is a tough decision - especially with the level of emotional turmoil you are going through. The only real answer that anyone can give is that you must do what you feel is right.
Is changing really an act of necessity, or are you subconsciously trying to compensate for other feelings of inadequacy within your life?
What I think you need right now is stability in your relationship - changing so drastically as a reaction to such an event is never a good idea. Many rushed decisions end up hurting you more and you need to take the time to carefully evaluate the adviseablilty of any such change or confrontation with your inner turmoil.

You shouldn't be complaining, bud. Mine's an old, obese cow and all she does these days is crash into things and spit out "little ones"... but I still love Aggie Court.

Because no one else is taking this topic seriously... not really anyways.
I will be.
In all the truth, shes either cheating on you, or she values her private life a great deal.
But...all you have to go on is suspicions and circumstance. Until you find true hard evidence (generally your own eyes and presence works wonders) never, ever, neverforneverever go directly about it because the torrent of angst from her - even if your calm about it - will be one very unpleasant experience.
In other words, if it will end on something like that, at least let it be a situation where you come out on top. =P
But, in the chance that you are entirely wrong about this (I mean, find real good evidence that she isnt having an affair), then, then it would be best to at that point raise what you had thought about it - as its only right. =D

I was really hoping ent's last words would be something like ".. and that's why, clearly, destroyers are the best class of ship."
But no, he really did take it seriously! What's wrong with you guys?
(Jack, I got it, and laughed.. just couldn't think of a suitably witty reply)
