Stupid woman... this was a planned event, we all knew about it months in advance, she should have factored it in... case will get thrown out
NASA needs that $300 million to pay for tickets on Virgin Galactic since their space shuttles are broken.

God, is she a retard... oh god... We oltered there oroscope with deep impact... My eye, its only that woman tauth to make money... how could a liitle probe affect horoscope... And also , Who the hell belives in something that aint scientificly not proven... Go horoscope not true, So why botter of that 330$, i will turn into a frog before she wins her 300 that she request.

Actually, the reason the Mcdonalds woman won is because McDonalds really was negligent by making their coffee at scalding temepratures. The reason McDonalds did this was to get more mileage out of the grounds. McDonalds has since stopped the practice and serves coffee at more sane temperatures.
This is something that got debated to DEATH on another board I frequent.

So its like the case in america, that a burgler sued a fammly for being stuck in the family garage for over 2 weeks by trying to rob the house.... he told that he had only dog food and he won!!
he was the one who tried to rob, but he won for bring a stipd guy stuck in a house that he WAS TRYING to rob....
