I am trying to find out who might be living near Portsmouth, UK (Hope I spelled the name correctly). As some of you may or may not know I have been deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Well I am now on my way home via Navy Ship (Ship food is not, REPEAT NOT, for general consumption) and have found out we will be making a port call there. This blessed event will be happening after April 1st but due to Operational Security requirements I cannot say the exact date till we get closer to England. I hope to meet some of the UK DarkSpace players if possible.

Welp the day has arrive. As I stood on a sponson to have a smoke I looked upon a beautiful sight. Portsmouth, England! That's right I have made it here! WooHoo! Land of the "Meter of Ale" (Yard of Beer for us Yanks).
I look forward to having a great time here.

I might even get a chance to see a footbal match.

Yes that is the ship I am on. They are providing us with a slow return trip to the USA. I will be here for a few more days. I hear you live he in Portsmouth Darksword... mind throwing back a couple pints? That's if you are old enough to. I mean you can drink at 18 (and its not too bad a cost) here yet you charge the equivalent of $10 US for a pack of smokes. Egads.... it was $10 US for a basic Burger King Value Meal.... How do you guys survive around here? Or do you just jack up the prices when us Yanks show up on your door step.

Glad to hear you made it out of there and are on your way back home.
The exchage rate for the dollar last time I checked is pretty bad. When I was in Orlando there were Brits everywhere enjoying "cheap" America.
